Heidi Esparrago Zeppelin is extensively trained in natural healing techniques for trauma and anxiety (including EMDR!) Beyond that, she is genuine, compassionate and will make you feel well cared for right away.
Heidi will begin seeing clients via telehealth immediately and then add an optional in person component to her practice when our gorgeous new upscale office build is completed in Hampstead, NC this fall.

As a counselor specifically trained in understanding and and trained in EMDR, Toni will give you the tools to manage and heal from the pain of your trauma. You will work together to develop the strength to move forward and enjoy your best life.
