Jennifer Pratt, MSW LCSW

Holistic, Mind-Body & Trauma Therapist

jenn@DonatiCounseling.com

Jenn is a prelicensed clinician practicing under supervision in Massachusetts. She provides virtual therapy to teens and adults and brings a unique perspective to her clinical work through her background as an EMDR-trained therapist, occupational therapist (OTR/L), and yoga instructor.

Jenn brings a unique holistic and mind-body approach to therapy, drawing from her experience as a mental health clinician, occupational therapist, and yoga instructor. This combination allows her to look beyond symptoms alone and consider how stress, emotions, relationships, daily routines, and life experiences can affect both the mind and body.

Her approach is especially well suited for clients who may understand why they feel the way they do but still struggle to feel calm, grounded, or connected to themselves.

Jenn works with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with balance and overall well-being. She creates a compassionate, grounded space where clients can slow things down, develop greater self-awareness, and explore what they need to feel more connected and supported in their everyday lives.

As an EMDR-trained therapist, Jenn can incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into her work with clients experiencing trauma and distressing memories, helping them process experiences that may continue to affect their thoughts, emotions, and responses in the present.

With her background in occupational therapy as an OTR/L, Jenn brings a practical understanding of how mental health can affect daily functioning, routines, relationships, roles, and quality of life. Therapy isn't only about what happens during the session—it's also about helping you find strategies that make sense in the life you're actually living.

As a yoga instructor, Jenn also brings an appreciation for the connection between the nervous system, body, and emotional health. When appropriate, she can incorporate mindfulness, grounding, body awareness, and mind-body strategies into therapy to help clients become more aware of how they experience and respond to stress.

Jenn's therapeutic style is warm, calm, and collaborative. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, she works with each client to develop a therapeutic experience that considers the whole person—mind, body, environment, and everyday life.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, navigating a difficult transition, or simply looking for a more holistic approach to mental health, Jenn offers a space to explore what's happening and develop practical ways to move forward.

Jenn currently provides virtual therapy to clients in Massachusetts under clinical supervision and is welcoming teens and adults into her convenient telehealth practice through Donati Counseling.
