If you've ever called Donati Counseling, chances are you've already met Meri—or at least heard her voice!
As our Administrator Extraordinaire, Meri is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, the person answering your questions, and the one working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
From helping new clients find the right therapist and navigating scheduling to troubleshooting insurance headaches, answering client questions, and keeping our clinicians organized, Meri wears approximately 47 different hats on any given day. And somehow, she manages to do it all with patience, kindness, and a sense of humor.
Meri understands that reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. Whether you're nervous about making that first call, confused about your insurance, or simply trying to figure out where to start, she'll help you navigate the process without making it feel more complicated than it needs to be.
She's also Toni's sister, which means Donati Counseling really is a family affair. And while Toni may have founded the practice, there's a pretty good chance Meri is the one making sure everyone knows where they're supposed to be.
Meri is so much more than the person who answers the phone. She's the first connection many people have with Donati Counseling, a constant source of support for our clinicians, and a huge part of what makes this practice feel like us.
And we wouldn't have it any other way.
